-- Turning off initial caps? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=2754)
I just got a graphite Visor Deluxe (my first real PDA of any kind, actually) and am quite impressed. Actually, I've already tried to convince several friends and family members to buy it... =)
The one thing that bugs me is that the PalmOS makes the first word always have an initial capital letter. That bugs me. If I want a capital, I will use the shift stroke. Is there any way to turn this off?
There are some Hacks available for this but I can't remember the names. Check out the Hack section over at PalmGear.

I use MiddleCapsHack, which lets you turn off the auto-shift feature. Also, it lets you make caps based on either the starting point of the letter or whether you cross the middle line, obviating the need for the shift stroke. The line or zone for caps is also adjustable.
