Just saw this over at CNET... The Visor ranks #9 on their top ten list of handhelds... pretty impressive, even though it's the standard model they're talking about.

2 things...

1) how can the visor possibly rank behind the palmiii? even in the statistics they choose to mention, the visor's got the 3 beat... i mean, come on, lets pretend for a moment it doesn't have a springboard slot (A SPRING. BOARD. SLOT.), it still supports more desktop platforms and it's cheaper. i think there's something fishy going on.

2)does the palmvii look suspiciously like a palmv to anyone else?

It looked to me like that list was not meant to be sorted most important to least important, it was sorted by user interested. (not sure how they judge that). The Palm III is above several more powerful/better models.
