I wonder if anyone else has had a similar issue.

I like it a lot. Except: the diameter of the reset pin is too great to fit the tiny reset hole.

I have eMailed pdapanache, asking for some sort of relief, perhaps a new stylus with a smaller diameter pin. Has anyone else had this problem, what did you do? What did Panache do?

Mine works perfectly just have to push it all the way in to do a reset. I ordered the stylus from PDA maybe you got one for a different pda

My reset pin also fits in fine. I tested it right after I got it. Did a soft boot.

Hmmm...

Before my PDA Panache arrived, I had a 3Com Palm III stylus that I was using (in case the stock stylus would scratch the screen), I noticed that the reset pin on the 3Com stylus was too short to make the Visor reset.

My PDA Panache reset pin, however, works fine. I really think the Panache is a superior product! Feels great in the hand, makes Graffiti writing easier/faster and is very smooth.

I have both black and chrome stylus. The reset pin on the chrome is a little tight fit for the reset hole but the black one is perfect.

Unhappy

I just tried the reset pin on my chrome PDA Panache sytlus. It is too big to fit into the reset hole on my GVD. I guess it is time to call PDA Panache.

I called PDA Panache this afternoon. They appologized for the problem and are sending me a new stylus.
