Ok every time i fix my VDX i find something new going wrong
now i get blank lines going down my screen. The only way to get rid of them is to Hard reset. i emailed the support and the told me its cause some third-party software. well its not that cause it still did it when i went with the basic software.
does anyone know what the heck is going on before i jump off a bridge?

sounds like it's time for a return.
