Internet access using Sprint Vision, LG 5350,Gomadic wire and Visor Prism

Recently I purchased the Gomadic cable to try to connect my Sprint PCS Vision LG 5350 to my Handspring Visor Prism using Blazer 2.0

Unfortunately, I am unable to connect. The tech support from Gomadic suggested I try to get some help here. I tried everything they suggested on their website.

I am currently using Palm OS software v.3.5.2H1

Any suggestions?
