Does anyone else have a problem where the contrast settings keep changing from time to time, and when going in and out of applications?

I must set my contract over 10 times a day (I use my Dlx about 3-4 hours a day, maybe more).

I figure has to be an application or a lingering file... but I can't tell which one.

I think this is a fairly common problem with some apps that don't handle the display correctly. Look for image apps, apps that support 16 grays, "skin" apps, that sort of thing. Set your contrast slider in the main screen and notice where it is (like under the "o" in Contrast) and go into each app and see if it moved--you may find your culprit that way.

I think programs mess with the contrast in order to get grayscale on Palmos < 3.3. Run FireViewer and your contrast will be up pretty high (like 75%) then quit fireviewer and usually goes back. I find it annoying if an app forgets to set my contrast back.
