Two weeks ago, I thought I had lost my Black Visor Deluxe. It turns out I had misplaced it.

Ironically, the weekly meeting was cancelled today, so I was able to stay home instead. I ended up hearing my Visor beeping to remind me of this meeting which it was unaware was cancelled. At first, I couldn't locate it on its beep. Then, I sent my family throughout the house listening an dlooking (and silencing every 5 minutes to hear it beep again). At last, I found it in my son's bedroom where I often build Legos with him.

So, I hope I've learned my lesson. And if anyone else ever loses theirs, be sure to listen carefully -- your Visor might be still beeping for you!

Brian.

I occasionally misplace the pager I have to carry for work, and often find it by paging myself and listening for the beep. I suppose this would work for the Visor too. Need to get the InfoMitt pager module, just in case you don't have any alarms set.

Heh. Reminds me of a story.
A fellow at the airport had his cell phone stolen by a pick-pocket.
He was frantic, but Security had an idea.

They called his phone.

The alerted guards saw a suspicious person suddenly jump and frantically try to extract the stolen phone from his suitcase.
Gotcha!
