My Prism's screen went dark, and I contacted HS via e-mail, and got a quick reply. Their solution didn't work, so I called them and got threw in just a few minutes. They determined that it would be best to replace the whole unit. They said it would arrive in 3 business days, and sure enough, it did! WooHoo!

My Prism was replaced in 3 days after I called about it not charging with either the cradle and the travel charger. It was a good thing that it arrived when it did because it completely died the night before the replacement arrived.

This is my 2nd replacement. The first one had the infamous sticky scroll button. This replacement is OK but the speaker is much softer than my previous units. I might be able to live with it.

So far, Handspring hasn't crossed me too much.
