It's cool, but you have to hotsync to get your data analyzed. It'd be cooler if it supported a realtime wireless connection for 24-7 monitoring:

"Ted, your bloodpressure and pulse are elevated, is everything OK?"

"Uh, yeah, sure, everything's fine. Um, do you have any dollar bills?"

Seriously, though, I am all for this kind of technology, but I have to agree with PDAENVY, I don't like that you have to Hotsync to get the data. Even if not wireless, have a USB connection straight to the PC or something. Yes, it would be nice to plug in a Visor in the field to analyze the data there, but I don't want to be dependant on my PDA to transfer the data.

Talking

A new application for On*Star!!!!

"Hello Batman, we noticed your breathing is elevated. Is everything okay?

Hold on Vicky, let me get this call from my Bat Vest."

I have a feeling that by the time it gets approved it will be wireles or at least USB. Hey, as long as we're looking for connections. Why not make it firewire. That'd make it even faster than USB.

Just thought it was neat.
