-- Can't hotsync to Outlook (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=15237)

Hello --

I can't hotsync contacts, tasks, or anything to Outlook. I get this message in the error log:

Logon to MOIS failed.

When I tried to re-install the hotsync s/w, the error said that Outlook wasn't my default mail client. But in my control panel, it is set up as the default, and in the PocketMirror wizard, it shows that Outlook is the default too.

I've searched Microsoft's site, Handspring's site and the VC archive. Anyone have a clue?

Here's the entire Hotsync error:

-- Outlook Calendar
Logon to MOIS failed. (80004005)
Error connecting to Outlook.
Error Code = 101d
Outlook Calendar synchronization failed
-- Outlook Contacts
Logon to MOIS failed. (80004005)
Error connecting to Outlook.
Error Code = 101d
Outlook Contacts synchronization failed
-- Outlook Tasks
Logon to MOIS failed. (80004005)
Error connecting to Outlook.
Error Code = 101d
Outlook Tasks synchronization failed
-- Outlook Notes
Logon to MOIS failed. (80004005)
Error connecting to Outlook.
Error Code = 101d
Outlook Notes synchronization failed
Conduit Error: Unknown error. (101D)

Thanks--
Jay

You forgot the PocketMirror site...

Here's an FAQ that simply states "Download and install the latest PocketMirror update available from http://www.chapura.com/html/downloads.html"
