Question

A newbie question:

I just synched with my pc for the first time and have about 100 unfiled e-mail addresses. I'd like to move all these to one category, (removing them from Unfiled so they won't clutter it up). Is there a way to collectively move multiple address entries from Unfiled to another category?

Thanks!

Thumbs up MassTransit

Try MassTransit (it's free!):

Thumbs up Mass Transit to the Rescue!

Thanks Rob! Mass Transit is just what I was looking for. Instead of 2 hours, it took me 2 minutes to move all those addresses.

Cool

It's easy with no additional software. Start the Palm Desktop (I'm using 4.0, so your mileage may vary).
1. Select the addresses that you want to change.

2. Right-click and select 'Change Category'.

3. Select the new category.

4. HotSynch.

There are a lot of cool things in the DeskTop software to make your life easier.

Address+ (shareware I believe) has this capability too plus additional enhancements.
