FlashPlus module hardware question

Hello, everybody!
Could you help me to find memory chip type (or possible replacement analogues) of the chip which is used in InnoPochet's FlashPlus CompactFlash adapter. It looks like my is out of order and I have a crazy idea to fix it muself.
Any information or links to sources is much appreciated.
