Hotsync Connecter Pushed In
Has anyone investigated the design of the bifold leather case for the Visor Prisim? The case connects to the Visior in two locations. The first connection is on the top to a small slit in the Visor case. The second connection location is to the electrical hotsync connector via two small plastic nubs. My hot sync connector has pushed in and I can move it around with my finger. When I opened the case I noticed that the electical hotsync connector was no longer connected the the Visor PCB board. Assuming normal usage patterns/conditions, is the solder that bonds the electricial hotsync connector (to the PCB) designed to be strong enough to support the weight of the Visor Prisim?
Sounds like a defect to me, isn't that the same spot that holds the cover on?
There's been numerous reports of the Prism's connector coming loose. Contact Handspring and ask for a replacement.

In response to dampeoples ...yes the cover of the Visor Prisim connects in the same two places. The difference is that with the cover on the Visor Prism's weight is supported by the cover or the chassis. In the case you are using the bifold case, the Visor is suspended between the two points. The good news is I purchased two year replacement coverage.
