Tactilis company

what ' s going on with "tactilis compagny" who create the Flip-Clip 4 Visors Deluxe, Platinum, and Prism ?
The web site "www.tactilis.com" is no more available.
Does the company still exist ?

They had not updated their site since around June. They never got there FlipLid product going and I am assuming they finally gave up.

The site was up and working a couple of weeks ago, though. Of course, considering HandSprings announcement of exiting the Visor Line sometime in the future, maybe they just gave up completely.

It is also possible that they are finally ready to provide their product and are currently updating the site, but I would not hold my breath.
