Does any other retailer, electronic or otherwise, offer a deal as good as the Best Buy 3-yr bumper-to-bumper protection? I'm having a problem with HS stock at my local Best Buys.

Got a STAPLES store near you? They'll match any competitor's add prices, and also sell you an extended warranty. You'll have to ask the store to see the warranty for details, however. When I purchased a Visor there, they claimed it included replacing a broken or damaged screen, no matter what the cause. I bought a padded case, instead. ;-)

It's hard to keep hot items in stock anywhere? I purchased my VDX (and ext. warranty) at Best Buy 6 months ago. I recently upgraded to a Platinum with no hassle. (I was experiencing problems with battery life.) They gave me full credit for the VDX and I just payed the difference. I could of used that credit for anything. I am glad I purchased mine at Best Buy. Good Luck
