-- GPS companion and AfterBurner (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=14896)
I'm using AfterBurner 3.0t on my VPL, and if I insert the GPS companion module while afterburner is enabled, I always get an error box and have to reset.
If I re-enable afterburner after the module is inserted, I get the same error when I try to run NAVcomp or GPScomp, or any mapping program that uses the GPS.
It's a shame because that's where I could use the extra speed of AfterBurner...
Anyone has the same problem, and hopefully solutions?
What launcher are you running? I'm pretty sure that Launcher III 2.2 has a problem with Omnisky and Xircom Springport.
I'm using SilverScreen 1.9.8, but the problem arises also when I'm using the default launcher.
