-- rhinoskin ti-slider review (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=3306)
well well well. i get my 100 dollar ti-slider "especially made for the visor" in the mail today. I open the fed-ex envelope and drop out the bubble wrap. COOL. it's as sweet as the pictures. Well i see something odd. There is still a hole in the top for the palm ir port. WTF?#@$#@ this is just an old ti-slider with the word visor on the sheet insert.
I have to pick up my visor to transmit anything. Okay well i can get past that since the neoprene doesn't hold the visor for anything. Well i am personally pissed off at rhinoskin for selling their regular ti-slider as a visor ti-slider. They could have at least worked some kind of ir hole in the left side.(what i was hoping for) And a little better holding. "The neoprene will compact and conform to the shape of your visor over time." yeah the whole 3 centimeters of it.
I really like the case for its sturdyness, but it is not made especially for the visor or anything. If you have the 100 dollars to blow go for it. Otherwise stray away@#$#@. Be careful until another hardcase with visor specific stuff comes along.
My review of the Ti Slider is not up yet, but you can use the Ir when it is in the case. Just put the Visor in upside down. It works and holds the Visor just as well.
