Hi, I 'm seen to have this problem with the visor. Everytime i make an appointment in my datebook, and turn the alarm on. It doesn't ring or alarm at all. My setting and preference is all correct It work before, now it just wouldn't work. Somebody help me pleaseeee
Couple of things you can check.
In Datebook, under the Alarm Preferences (menu, options, alarm prefs) set one of the alarms, it should sound off (this will check the hardware, speaker etc).
Be sure to check your System Preferences (app launcher, Prefs app, General category, check that Alarm sound is NOT set to OFF).
