I thought for sure I had read a post about this problem, but I can not find one by searching. I have Outlook 2000 loaded at home and at the office. When I sync at home every thing syncs up 100%. When I sync at the office all my entries are duplicated in both Outlook and in the Visor. And I also get the double entry in the Pocketmirror note the shows the swords from a duplicate note named after me (hope that makes sense!).
Right now I have to set my work computer to overwrite my Visor or my visor to overwrite my computer to keep the dups away, and on a serial connection that is very sloooww!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I had this problem when the visor's category for the entries was different than that of Outlook's. It created double entries on both devices. I deleted one set (I don't think it mattered on which device) then ran HotSync again and all was well. The same thing happened at home, so I repeated the process. The only time it has happened since is when I changed the category on one of the entries, synced at work then at home when I synced I got a double entry in both Outlook and the visor. I did get an error message in the sync log that indicated a duplicate record and to delete one of them and re-sync.

Something that would help would be removing both of the files from the pocketmirror folder in outlook and retry the hotsync. After you hotsync another file will be created. Do the same thing at home..and your problem should be solved.
