Palm emulation

Am I missing something??
for a long while I have been struggling to emulate my palm/handspring on my iMac and reading the posts it seems others are struggling too. On this Mac I can buy a Windows emulator or a Linux emulator both of which will give me straight away the facilities of those systems. For the delightfully simple Palm OS it is difficult to obtain the Rom which I have long since paid for. The emulators need a degree in astro-physics to mount and nowhere that i can find am I able to buy a commercial ready to run emulator for Palm OS.. Come on you clever guys write us thickies(I am from SAUL) a janet and john piece of software to run palm programmes. You have my order straight away
