I've had my keyboard for a little while now. I wrote an entire paper with the stowaway and it worked perfectly. The strange thing is that once in a while the 'r','t' and 'y' keys don't work. Once I start typing, and they are working, they continue to work without a problem. It is when I first connect the Visor that they don't work sometimes. The first time it happened (very first day I had it), I just pulled the tabs out and pushed them back in, it started working again. Today it was worse. The keys wouldn't work. I reset the Visor numerous times and opened and closed the Stowaway a few times before they started to work again. Anyone else experience this problem?
If it persists I'm going to get a replacement. Who should I contact about this? I bought it from palmgear.com. I would normally contact the manufacturer first, but after seeing the way Targus is run, I'm a bit hesitant about doing that. Do you think I could return it and get another one from Palmgear? Just a thought. Thanks for the input.
