Has any one heard about this charger or tried it out? I found it while searching ebay. It looks like it plugs into the car cigarette lighter and directly into the Prism without going through a battery pack, like the emergency charger.

I have the Emegerency charger from Kagi systems. It comes with the 4 AA battery pack but they also sell a car charger for use with it (like you mentioned). To use the car charger attachemet you actually unplug the batteries and attach the car charger to the charge adapter, in other words you don't need to car arround the battery pack. You can also plug in the same wall attachement that charges docking station. It works pretty slickly (is that a word?)

Geodiscovery has a car charger coming out that will run the Geode and recharge the Prism (or any other Springboard [Like The Visor Phone]). I just checked their page again and now it's down (although I did manage to save the page locally).
