-- Two Visors - One backup module? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=5554)
My wife and I each have a regular visor (2 Meg RAM). Can we both back up our visors to the same module without mixing apps and databases?
If so, how?
Thanks
John
No. If you back up your data, then your wife backs up hers, it overwrites your backup entirely.

Basco,
James is right. The backup module makes a "mirror" image of the entire 2MB of Visor memory (actually only what's used). There is no way to partition the module so that you can put one backup in the first 2MB of the module and the second backup in another 2MB of the module. By the way the module holds 8MB of data so that it can be used to backup a Visor Deluxe.
I would recommend getting a second backup module. My wife and I both have Visors and backup modules (don't forget to put your names on the modules so you don't mix them up!) and they have saved us both a couple of times.
Hope this helps!
