"no exchange libraries available" error

on my platinum, after some program messed up, i got the above mentioned error when i tried to beam something. i got a new visor edge and installed some programs from my platinum to my edge, i installed them from my platinum's backup folder. now i get the "no exchange library available" error again. any ideas?

warm reset

I don't know if this is what happened to you, but you will get this error if you try to beam after a warm reset (resetting while holding the up button.) A simple soft reset should fix it.
