While I am working with list view, I notice that it will display my "Things to do" that are more than a month away. IE I have my appointments scheduled for the week of 11-14 through 11-20, yet my "Thing to do" for 12-21 is displayed in that list as well. I have tried to set the drop down to: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, but the 12-21 item is still displayed. Any one have any idea which pref to set to get rid of this problem???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about, but in the ToDo prefs, you can choose to "Show Dated Items." If that is checked, you can also choose how many days before due date you want to show.
You've probably already looked at that, but that's the only thing I can think of that would eliminate those todo's with dates far away from showing.

I'm having a similar problem with ToDo's on my DateBook+ calendar. I've set them to show up two days before the event, but sometimes they don't appear until the final day. Seems inconsistent - sometimes they show, sometimes they don't.
