I just got rhe HSM and I have aol it connect perfectly.But I cant surf .I am using network for aol and it says I cant surf or use mail.

From what I've read, AOL doesn't support a true PPP dial-up. You'll have to get a regular ISP account. There are a whole bunch of free ones out there. JUst read any of the posts about modems, they usually mention them.
