I'm trying to get my visor to sync to ECCO, instead of the Palm Desktop. It worked once, but now seems to have reverted back to syncing with the Palm Desktop. I've tried:
1. reinstalling the hotsync manager software;
2. resetting my visor

any suggestions?!?
