-- Try this Telnet Package (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=5552)
My favorite telnet package for use with the Thincom modem is Mocha Pocket Telnet. (www.mochasoft.dk) It has served me well on the road to access both my desktop and our server. The thincom made communications easy from both home and while on the road.
I have been using this for a while now. I use it to access our mainframe and routers at work. My only complaint is it does not perform well when attached to the Stowaway keyboard.
How are you accessing your desktop with this? I have been using PalmVNC (sort of like PcAnywhere), what capabilities do you get when you telnet in?
My desktop is a Linux box & therefore supports telnet easily
