Hotsync problem

Lately I have been having a problem with Hotsyncing. I only see it though if I look at the log on the Prism.

The last line in the Prism is "System synchronization failed".

In the Hotsync log on my PC I see the following

What file is it talking about? Is it something with AvantGo? or is it some other file.

I'm guessing that you are syncing with a module installed in the Visor. If so, remove the SpringBoard module before syncing and the error should go away. This is a well known issue.

That's almost it. Actually I think it's because AvantoGo is on the memory module that's in it. I moved it back and then it fails on DateBk4. So, I tried it with the module out and then it Hotsync's cleanly but then doesn't Sync the Quicken Transactions with Quicken.

Is there anyway around this besides removing the module or moving everything back from the module to the main memory?
