On the switch to my prism, I lost all my categories on the Visor end and don't knowhow to re-establish them. I don't want to go through each and every phone number and assign it a category as it is done on my desktop.. Does anyone know how I can get the desktop to tell my Visor what phone book entry is under what particular category?

Just found the problem!! Apparently, on the switch, my categories on the desktop end worked fine BUT they didn't apply themselves to the names in my address book when I upgraded. At least it's easier to group them and categorize as a group/batch process on the desktop end and I don't have to do that one by one on my visor!!! phew!!!
