Fatal Reset MemoryMgr.c

This keeps on crashing on me. I imagine it's some "bad" file - overly large memo, etc., but I don't know where exactly to start my search.

The exact message is:

Fatal Alert
MemoryMgr.c, Line:4390, Invalid handle

(Reset)


Where do I search? What can I do? Is there a PalmOS Diagnostic program out there? Freeware?

a little more info such as when it crashes, what you're doing to your PDA when it crashes, software/hacks installed, what PDA you have would go a long way towards helping others help you figure out what the problem is.

Indications and VisorPhone problem

I'm running HackMaster with AlarmControlHack 0.1 (for vibration alarms with my VP), AfterBurner, and MatrixHack. Afterburner is set at 37Mhz, Always Accel, Lclk/2 is 24Mhz, Fast Mpx, Notify on Fast, Adjust Ticks checked.

I have a few of my most commonly used apps at 37Mhz.

The failures occur just when I'll hit a button. Sometimes it's when I call up a note at the Memos, or when my PDA case / wallet accidentally hits a button on my speed dial, instead of dialing it will crash.

This may very well be related to my VISORPHONE, it turns itself off quite often and will not operate properly until I pull the unit out and remove the battery. Only THEN will it work, not if I reset the Visor with it inside or just turn the VP off and on again.

Thanks for any ideas!

There must be some kind of software problem since the VP works fine if I do Hard Reset and WIPE all my data, the phone will work fine then.

I have the Visor Prism

and the VisorPhone almost always installed.

the other thing you might try is to only use afterburner on an app by app basis.

set your default speed back to norm and tap the speeds button to set each app to run at a whatever speed you want.

I removed it, but it still is bugging me. Hmm...
