Visor phone troubble help.

I just bought my visor phone and when I plug it in I get a Fatial Exception error can anyone help me out?
UPDATE: I get a fatal error MemoryMgr.c, Line:4340, NULL handle . I get this if i remove the module and only way to get it working each time is to reinstall my programs one by one after a hard reset. Can someone help me? My added programs are Avant Go ,and the fallowing games Bejeweled!, FreeTris, Galax, Heli Rescue, Joust thats all the extras on my prism.

Hmm, that's an odd one! First, make sure that you do not have any of the VisorPhone's apps open when you remove the module. This would include the Phone, SMS, Address Book, and SIM Phonebook.

i have the exact same error happening right now with my prism + visorphone combination. any ideas on how to fix it?

hard reset reinstall apps one at a time and when u take the visorphone out remove battery first.
