-- Looking for a Case with a Flip-Up Lid (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=3878)

Anyone know of any nice sturdy, attractive VDX cases with a flip-up lid?

It's nice that the VDX comes with the screen cover, but it's most unfortunate that they didn't design it capable of just flipping up and staying attached to the unit (although at least you CAN attach it to the back when you're when the unit's in use, so you don't have to find someplace to put it.)

It's not available for sale yet, but look at www.re-visor.com

Thumbs up

I use the EB Slipper, which has a flip up cover as opposed to the book style cover.

The Vaja case also flips up.

Nice website. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see what material the case was made from. Also, can the unit be anchored in either side of the case (i.e. is the 'business card' flap wide enough to accommodate the hard cover if you wanted to put it on that side?). And which side is the belt clip hardware on? The side with the snap tab or the other side?
