Garmin GPS/Visor Neo

Okay, my husband bought a Garmin 75 and I want to know how to use it with my Visor Neo and Mapopolis. It comes with a serial cable. Is there a cable I can buy to hook it to my Neo? I have Mapopolis, and if I can't connect the GPS directly to my Neo, is there a way to use Mapopolis without a direct connection?

Or am I out of luck?
