Well, they're not even answering my emails now. I had been getting a response within a few hours, always saying the drivers would be available on the 17th. Now I guess they're burned because we're all emailing them saying "Where's the drivers you promised?" and they got nothing.

I wish I had Jeff's email address. I'd let him know how I feel.

Maybe they are preparing for the driver. I went to handspring website and found new menu under 'Costomer Support' which is called 'Software & Updates'.
You can get in by typing your visor's serial number. However, I couldn't see USB driver for win2000 from there.

As much as I love my Visor, there seems to be a reason they cost so little...poor customer support/driver development.
