hey guys,
keep having an ongoing problem-if hotsynch manager is on and i shut down my computer, the next time i boot it up all icons are hidden and the computer freezes. my solution has been starting in safe mode and messing around with settings. any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have serial or modem sync on?

It's a serial connection,as far as Iknow

I'm having the same problem. I just keep rebooting the computer until the icons appear. I would appreciate a solution greatly also.
