I cant seem to get IRSync working (from IS-Complete) I have been advised to make sure no other hack programs exist, which none do, but the problem persists, heres the steps I used:

1. I first hard reset my Visor (back to original apps only)
2. I Added the three applications you listed below
2a I serial synched the 3 applications, and the other data I replicate
2b I verified they loaded
3. I added the license # in Visor
4. I set PC to use infrared
5. I replicate infrared
6. Error was "FATAL EXCEPTION RESET"
7. The icons for irlink are now gone


visor is 3.0.1h

I looked at Visor Applications the relevant ones left are:
