Thought you all might be interested in reading this. It is the first Handspring E-newsletter that went out to everyone who requested to be put on their mailing list. For those who aren't, here it is:

Finally, our first newsletter! We apologize that we've been out of touch for so long. As many of you know, we've been working around the clock to ramp up our systems, get our web site up and running and ship Visor handhelds. We've had a fantastic demand for our products and it's taken us a bit longer than we expected to load and launch our systems. With that, we're sorry we've not communicated sooner, but read on to see what we've been up to.

Want to know the status of your order?
We understand that you'd like to know when you're going to get your hands on your Visor handheld...and anything else you've ordered. To boot, you may have experienced problems checking your order status. We have doubled our phone crews and are continuing to produce Handspring Visors and ship them out as quickly as we can. If you placed your order through the online store and have received a confirmation email, your order is in our system - there is no need to call for verification. For questions about orders placed over the phone, visit our shipping news page. Please expect your package to ship 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order. Thanks again!
