Anyone have problems with fried serial cradles? Myself and a co-worker have tried sharing one and have fried 3 of them. And yes, we have been kind to them, only swapping once the machines were off, and trying to be careful about static electricity.

We have heard about other cradles in the area getting fried, and the tech-support person at HS indicated that there was a problem, although he couldn't be specific.

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know of the reason/proposed fix from HS?
