what should I do?

My Deluxe's digitzer is broken and has been, and i have made the choice to get a neo. My question is: will i be able to sync the Neo to my EXISTING USER NAME and will i have to RE-REGISTER any software (i.e Wordsmith)??

There should be no problem.

I'd keep the Wordsmith registration code handy though, just in case you had to enter it again.

Otherwise, it's the same thing as if you did a hard reset. If anything, you'll only have to worry about some software which may or may not be compatible with OS 3.5 (ie some older unupdated hacks).

Get the Neo

I've jumped back and forth with Deluxe and Neo (also a Plat) with zero problems. However, if you do have any commercial software on it, it is wise to be prepared to re-install it, etc.

You'll love the Neo

The only problem you MAY have is that some software is registered to a specific machine and you'll have to write to get a new code. Agendus does this, but they respond quickly to the request.
