Please try this.
Go into datebook+ in the day view, and scroll really fast from day-to-day by clicking the down button. Does datebook freeze on you after a couple of weeks of clicking, and then reset when you touch the stylus to the screen? It does on my Prism.

My VDX did not freeze after scrolling from today through June.

Mine did not freeze either. hmmm..
