Anyone know what the repair/replacement policy on the Visor is going to be? In general, 3Com seems to have been very good in this area.
The CSR I talked to said that any damage etc would be covered for a year. Damage to the LCD would incur a $75 charge. I believe that the 3com policy was to charge a $100 fee...is this correct? If it is, then it seems Handspring is offering a better warranty.
