I need help - have had no problems, until today, hotsynching w/Outlook Calendar (today, everything else synched with no problems). Any help much appreciated - I don't even know where to begin. In advance, thankyou. Lynne

This is error message I received at completion of hotsync:

Outlook Calendar
OpenMsgStore: An unexpected error has occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured (8004010f)
Error connecting to Outlook
Error Code = 101d
Outlook Calendar synchronization failed
Conduit Error: Unknown error (101D)
OK System

I did a search in MS Technet on the PSTPRX.DLL and got back two hits. I have several suggestions. Since they are rather involved why don't we take this offline. You can email me at [email protected]
