I think this guy is selling pirated DVDs. On his site he is selling DVDs that haven't even been released yet or are just being released, very fishy.

I mean look at the list on his Website....I think he has every DVD in existance for sale, and yet in his message/sales pitch he says these are just some that I can "part" with..what does he have a personal attachment to them all?!

I don't think a banning would do any good...he hasn't replied to us hazing him witch means he's moved on, he's posted his bait and gone off in search of other forums. I would rather buy a DVD from him and send it off to the BBB or the FBI.

i don't think they're boots. i think he's a reviewer/critic.

regardless, i emailed him for details on some titles and he didn't mail me back. not the best salesperso on the planet.

review copies will be stamped or labelled "must be returned tot he studio on request" or some similar language, usually just on the case but often on the disc as well. This goes for CD's too. It's not legal to sell them, tho many do.

I smell fraud.
Although I've seen better prices at the More Legitimate retailer Blockbuster or Hollywood videos previosly viewed sections.
I second the vote for banning.
We need less crooks around here. Thanks for everyone for fishing this person out.

no, that's not so about the stamp. i know lots of film critics and it's not always the case. yes, some studios do it but not all (same with cds).

and it's not illegal. it's immoral. quite different. you can't be charged for selling them. what would they charge you with?
