I have purchased two Prisms one arrived with the Hot Sync Connection broken. It was unable to sync due to the connector coming lose within the unit. The SAME THING happened with the second one only after 2 days use. I ordered a replacement for the first one, it arrived today and the SAME THING again.

I have used two different cradles, so it is not the cradle.
I took a look inside the piece just fell out of the unit.

I am TOTALLY frustrated! Anyone else have this problem???
3 out of 3 is not selling me as a customer.
