FYI - my wife ordered a Dlx Graphite w/ serial cradle on Sat. Nov 6, AM PST, for me for xmas. She used the 888# and talked with a very nice order person. It took quite a while because he said he was using the web page to make the order and it was slow. She received an email confirmation on Monday at her work and all info was correct. If this is the system now it must put quite a load on the web page. No wonder it has been having trouble staying up. And all orders will now get email confirmation. Anybody else know about this.
