Question

I believe I've read it here before but I just want to be certain before I head on out and order some. Does Concept Kitchen's WriteRights fit the Visor Deluxe screen? I have a few collegues that have Palm IIIx's and just today they were complaining that their screens are scratched and it's becoming a pain in the arse. I want to protect against that.

Thanks!

I asked this same question on an earlier thread about a month ago. I was told that the screen in the Visor is exactly the same size as the Palm's, so the WriteRights should fit. I'm planning on getting some, myself. As a quick fix, you can place some of that wide scotch tape over the graffiti section of the screen, but you have to clean the screen periodically with alcohol, as the adhesive will begin to gum up on it. I'm leary about that, myself.

I just bought some and they work fine. Purchased the PalmIII version. No trimming necessary... actually, there's about a 1/16" gap on each side of the WR. Vertically, they are just barely taller than the screen area, so there's a tiny bit of xtra at the bottom of my screen, but not enough to cause any problems.

They DEFINITELY help with the glare problem.

I am currently using Concept Kitchen's WriteRights on my Visor Dx and they work great! Make sure you get the ones for the Palm III.

I am not getting any visual quality loss (that I can tell) by using them, as some people seem to and they seem to make the screen feel a little more "solid". I ordered mine off Amazon.com.
