Any QC problems with the Neo?

Well, I'm not sure how many people actually own one of these, but considering that I'm probably going to be trying to dump my Edge and get something else, I was curious if anyone had any similar experiences with the Neos. Has anyone experienced any problems with their Neo yet, specifically with regards to digitizer malfunctions, recurring fatal errors, or anything else similar?

No problems yet

Had mine a month no problems yet. I use the same cradle to synch it and my wife's deluxe. It works with my stowaway keyboard too. My son has thrown it to the ground a couple of times but my rhino skin case has saved it. Only thing that happened that was weird was batteries were low went to change them, turned unit back on black screen of death. Tried differnet batteries same deal. Gave it a reset stab and it came back to life all memory deleted. Luckily I just backed it up and restore put everyting back.

I just got a Neo also. I gave my old visor to my wife. I synced it with the new cradle and then did a hard reset. Could not get it to sync again.

Any thoughts.
