Handspring brings Platinum back from the Dead
Gee, just like Buffy the Vampire Slayer...

And the reason is...
There is more to the difference in colors than words alone can relate. The friggin' Neo comes ONLY in fruity colors. If I want a tutti-fruiti PDA I will buy one of those teeny bopper gadgets with the built in games and cool wireless messaging system. For business users (well many business users) a black or silver color scheme is desirable. For this reason alone I would buy a Platinum over a Neo. What was Handspring thinking? Not all of us work in Silicon Valley.
Ohhh, you're a "professional" so you get the Visor Pro!

There is a smoke Neo, which would be somewhere in between silver and black-a perfect solution for a business pro-not too dark and not too flashy!
The Visor Neo had those "Fruity" colors for a reaso. The Neo was aimed at high school kids , who would prbably prefer those colors. The Paltinum was designed for the buisness market

I have a Visor Neo in Smoke... very business oriented color. And Franklin Covey only sells that color, not the other two. SO... I think that having a Neo in smoke should work just fine for a business person.
