Hello !

I have a many troubles with my hotsync. Each time i try
to make a hot sync, i can syncronize my adress book, agenda... but as soon as i try to syncronize some software i get the error 6410. I suppose that it may come from some parameters from my PC because i have used my cradle and my visor with another PC and no problem appear.

If someone would be able to help me, it will the great action of the year because i'm very sad, i have the visor
but i can't get any software !
